What this means in practice
Over Haifa Bay and the refineries, a prohibited area applies (LLP04), from ground level up to 3000 ft — flight there is entirely forbidden. In addition, over the city a drone no-fly area is defined (LLU06): an area where flying a small UAS (under 25 kg, VLOS) is prohibited. A control zone around the airport and a weekend fly-bubble may also apply over parts of the area. The picture changes from point to point, so the check is always for the exact point.
